Strategy and Innovation
Intel Health and Life Sciences

Hey there, I’m Nathan Peper! I love collaborating with driven people to find, create, and build solutions that unite the digital and physical worlds to make a genuine difference.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Strategy and Innovation for the Healthcare team at Intel—where I focus on identifying, connecting, and enabling technologies that meet real-world healthcare needs across the globe.

Prior to Intel, I had the honor of serving as an Aviation Officer in the United States Army. When I’m not diving into health and technology, you might catch me chatting about the military, first responder communities, or anything that flies!

I’m a big believer in open-source collaboration, failing fast, and sharing lessons learned. There’s plenty of buzz and hype around innovative tech, but I’m all about practical, value-focused applications that move the needle for businesses and people. Through this site (and my other channels), I aim to share insights from my wins (and my epic fails!) on my roundabout journey to becoming the next Iron Man...

I’m a proud graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I earned both a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics (focusing on complex system design) and a Master of Business Administration. Recognizing the immense potential of data and AI for scalable impact, I also completed a Master of Information and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley. And, I’m a proud alum of the United States Military Academy, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with an additional focus in Aeronautical Engineering.
